Fast Adjusters does not guarantee fitment to all kart makes, models, seats and positions. All karts listed in guide are based off current models as of 03/2021. All fixings supplied for Fast Adjusters fitment are based off an average seat and position. Fast Adjusters does not guarantee fixings will fit all kart makes, models, seats, and positions.

If your Fast Adjusters do not fit your kart make, model, seat or position you may request to exchange it for another model. If their isn't a model which will suit your kart you may request a refund. A refund may also be granted under warranty if the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you must contact us at sales@fastadjusters.com.au within 30 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, you can then return the item to our shipping address at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fast Adjusters must be fitted to kart correctly using instructions provided with the product. Fast Adjusters are not responsible for any damage caused to the seat or chassis of go kart.

If a Fast Adjuster has been fitted correctly and is found to be faulty without the go kart being involved in a collision, then Fast Adjusters will replace the item under warranty. Fast Adjusters may request proof of correct fitment prior to failure. If proof of correct fitment is insufficient, then it is up to the discretion of Fast Adjusters to decide if the adjusters are faulty.


To request an exchange, you can contact us at sales@fastadjusters.com.au . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted we can adjust your origional order to the correct product and refund or request payment for any differences in price of the two products. Your new product will be shipped as soon as any addition costs are settled.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
